Getting Started with Calez
Welcome to Calez! This guide will help you set up your account and start managing your calendar efficiently. Follow these steps to get started:
1. Create Your Account
Getting started is easy:
- Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner
- Choose to sign up with Google or email
- Complete your profile information
- Verify your email address
Quick Start
For the fastest setup, sign up with your Google account. This will automatically connect your calendar and get you started in seconds.
2. Connect Your Calendar
To start managing your availability:
- Go to the Integrations page
- Click "Connect Google Calendar"
- Follow the prompts to authorize Calez
3. Create Your First Event Type
Event types define the kinds of meetings you offer:
- Go to Event Types
- Click "Create New Event Type"
- Fill in the details:
- Name (e.g., "30-Minute Meeting")
- Duration
- Description
- Location (video call, phone, etc.)
Pro Tip
Create multiple event types for different meeting durations and purposes. This helps your invitees choose the right type of meeting for their needs.
4. Share Your Booking Link
Once you've set up your event types, you can share your booking link:
- Go to your Event Types
- Click "Copy Link" next to any event type
- Share the link with anyone who needs to schedule a meeting with you
